Bursaries
Application deadline passed
Twenty bursaries of £100 each are available to individuals who cannot afford the full conference fee. Please write to us at
by 15th September telling us about your work, why you want to attend Creative Clusters and why you need assistance. We will tell you by 18th September whether your application has been successful. If so, you must pay the balance of the conference fee by 28th September or the bursary will be offered to another candidate.

VAT
All prices are exclusive of UK VAT at 17½ %. Please note that since the conference is taking place in the UK, VAT is payable by all delegates irrespective of their country of origin.
Currency
We regret that we can only accept payment in GB Pounds sterling.
Presenters
All presenters will be given a free Delegate Pass. If you have made a presentation proposal and it is not accepted onto the programme, then we will give you the opportunity at that time to attend the conference at the Early-bird rate.
Can I get in any cheaper?
There are no further discounts, but you may be able to get financial assistanceto attend Creative Clusters from arts or business support organisations in your area. The
Arts Council of England
, for example, provides bursaries for arts professionals to attend relevant courses and conferences. We do not have any further information about such schemes - you should identify and contact these organisations direct, and you are advised to allowplenty of time for their application procedures.
Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel your booking up until 26th October. We will refund your payment less the charge card supplement, if applicable, and a handling charge of £30.
Alternatively, at no charge, you may at any time until the conference starts transfer your booking to a colleague. You do this by going to the 'Change my Registration' option on the 'Contact Us' menu, and following the instructions there.
